These ingrained beliefs can reinforce the patterns we wish to change, conditioning our minds to continue reacting in the same way. To break this cycle, it’s crucial to shift how we relate to anxiety. Our program is designed to help you redefine your relationship with anxiety. Instead of dwelling on past experiences, we focus on progressive techniques that empower you to shift your mindset and move forward. Together, we’ll work on essential, lasting changes to help you navigate life in a more relaxed and empowered manner. Personalized Session and Hypnotic Meditation We start with a one-on-one online video consultation, exploring how the mind creates and maintains anxiety. You’ll learn to identify the thought patterns holding you back and practical tools to overcome them. We’ll discuss methods to rewire your brain’s responses, transforming “I get anxious” into “I can manage my anxiety and stay calm.” Our sessions use progressive techniques such as cognitive reframing, mindfulness, and relaxation, focusing on changing your experience of anxiety without revisiting painful past experiences. Our goal is to help you recondition your mind for calmness and clarity. After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized Hypnotic Recording tailored to your needs. This recording will guide you through a therapeutic process that embeds the new beliefs and behaviors we’ve discussed. Regular use of this recording will reinforce new mental pathways, leading to a calmer, more balanced life. Follow-Up Support and Resources Following the use of the Hypnotic Recording, we’ll schedule a follow-up video call. During this session, we’ll review your progress, adjust techniques if necessary, and create a clear plan for ongoing anxiety management. You’ll also receive a comprehensive e-book outlining all the strategies and tools from our sessions, with lifetime access to both the guide and the hypnotic meditation. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Thank you for choosing to work with me for your hypnotherapy needs. To ensure that all clients have fair access to appointments and to help maintain a smooth schedule, please review the following policy regarding cancellations and changes to appointment times: 1. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur a fee, you will receive a credit for the equal value of the session to use on other products/services. No cash refunds are available.. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible to allow time for others to book an available slot. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. Unless discussed with me otherwise, we may waive this depending on circumstances or rescheduled appointment. No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided prior notice, you acknowledge your session will be forfeited and no refund will be given. It is your responsibility to be on time, and to ensure you have the right facilities to complete the session. This includes technological difficulty or inability to access the content. 2. Rescheduling Policy 24-Hour Notice: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any additional fees. Please contact me to arrange a new time slot that fits your schedule. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 25% of the session cost will apply. This fee will be added to your next session or deducted from any prepaid sessions.
