SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure you submit the correct address when ordering, we cannot be held liable if the delivery address provided is incorrect. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office, you will receive a refund for the products only (shipping costs will not be refunded) or the order will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. We accept no responsibility for deliveries made where an incorrect address has been supplied. If the order that is returned to us was eligible for free shipping, the standard shipping rate will be deducted from the refund offered.

 

The Angel Comunicator bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

All packages come with tracking and all information will be sent to you via the email address you provide.

DAMAGED ITEMS

I want to ensure you are happy with your order & your crystals! I take the utmost care to carefully inspect and pack your items so they get to you safely.  In the rare event that your item has been damaged during transit, please contact me immediately at kiandra@angelcommunicator.com.au so that I can rectify the situation. Please include your name, order number and pictures of the damaged items and I will do my best to make things right (note this does not apply to unique crystal variations).
 

You will be required to return the item, via a trackable shipping method, and upon receiving and inspecting the item I will process your return. I will provide a replacement of the same or similar product. If you would prefer, I can also issue a refund or store credit so you can purchase something that calls to you.

For refunds, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable.
